BOOKING CALENDAR

Our Booking Calendar is now live.

We have a minimum booking of 4 hours plus insurance which equates to $225.00 in total (for 4 hours).

Booking hire starts from 10.00am weekends, weekdays earlier by arrangements.

If you wish to book for a period longer than 4 hours, each additional hour will cost $50.00 per hour.

You can view the calendar to see if the date you would prefer is available before selecting. We are only accepting one (1) booking per day. The $500.00 bond payment is required within 7 days from booking time to secure and confirm your booking. The 4 hourly hire fee and $25.00 insurance fee of $225.00 is required 4 weeks prior to event.

The 4 hour hire time includes set up time but does not include clean up time.

WEDDINGS – Exclusive venue hire from 2.00pm Friday to 2.00pm Sunday $1500.00, to allow plenty of time for set up, reception and clean up. Additional charge for optional extras if required – white seat covers, table clothes, crockery and glassware. Contact us for more details with your preferences.

Sorry, but we are not accepting 18th -21st Birthday parties.

Footy Tipping

the entry fee will remain the same in 2026 at $$25.00 – contact info@teatreecommunity.com if you wish to enter the competition.
